About the Journal
The Communication and Management Journal is a peer-reviewed scholarly publication dedicated to advancing research in the fields of communication and management. We welcome original research articles, theoretical contributions, case studies, and critical reviews that contribute to the understanding of communication and its role in effective management practices.
Submission Guidelines
Manuscript Preparation
Authors are encouraged to carefully follow these guidelines to ensure that their submissions are prepared and formatted appropriately for review and publication:
Manuscript Types
- Research Articles: Original research contributions providing novel insights into communication and management.
- Theoretical Contributions: Manuscripts that develop new theories or advance existing ones.
- Case Studies: In-depth examinations of real-world cases relevant to communication and management.
- Critical Reviews: Comprehensive and insightful reviews of relevant literature.
Manuscript Format
- Manuscripts should be prepared in English OR any other Languages in India and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Manuscripts should be double-spaced, using a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman) and 12-point font size.
- Page margins should be set to 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Number all pages consecutively.
Title Page
- The first page of the manuscript should include the following information:
- Title of the manuscript.
- Full names and affiliations of all authors.
- Corresponding author’s contact information, including email address.
- Acknowledgment of any funding sources or grants received for the research.
- A brief abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the main findings of the manuscript.
Main Manuscript
- The main manuscript should include the following sections:
- Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and the significance of the study.
- Literature Review: Provide a thorough review of relevant literature to establish the context of the research.
- Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection methods, and statistical techniques used (if applicable).
- Results: Present the findings of the study in a clear and organized manner.
- Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and relate them to existing literature.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their implications.
- References: Cite all sources following a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).
Figures and Tables
- All figures and tables should be numbered and accompanied by clear, concise captions.
- Ensure that figures and tables are of high quality and easily readable.
- Include the source of any data used in tables or figures.
Submission Process
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions should be original, and authors must confirm that the work has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration for publication in other journals.
Peer Review
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, conducted by experts in the field. Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but the final selection is at the discretion of the editorial team.
Copyright
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright to the Communication and Management Journal. However, authors retain the right to use their work for non-commercial purposes, such as teaching and personal use.
